PLEASE HELP LOOKING FOR FRIEND

So my account was hacked support says they can't do anything. My ‘support’ was to make a new account. Fine I did I was able to reconnect with most of my friends. I am missing one friend the most. Their username is PsychicStonerChick. Or it was 4 months ago so they name may have changed. I cannot remember their account name so I can't add them again. If anyone knows who I'm talking about please tell them to add randomness10698. (period is included in that account name!)

 

The security team is horrible for this
