How does it work???

Already more than a week ago (8 days) I was blocked from the discord account for the reason of "child safety", no matter how much I write in the support, I only get a response by bot
(I am not who discord thinks I am)
My friend and I were having fun in VC and I sent 1 m to the server with my friends and then got blocked for 2 years because of 1 meme, it is very strange for the diskrod to make such decisions

But the strangeness is this, when I asked a friend to help me (I have Windows 8.1) in solving this problem, he noticed a strangeness..

It says "Your account is disabled", it is shown on the computer that it is NOT disabled and asks for a code due to 2 authentication, very strange…



Maybe someone knows what's going on?

    this has been going on for months and they've been holding out on the “transparency” bit that they're so proud of.

     

    Just tell us on what's going on, for crying out loud!

    Well, it took me 2 months for them to get back to me (mostly because I made around 12 tickets because I was confused on how their system works) and all I got was that “it's temporary” from them 

    I asked for what was going and how long it was going to last and it was “temporary”
