Age Appeal Shows "Solved"

I submitted an age appeal for my account approx 9 days ago and it was marked “solved” about 10 hours ago. Still locked out of my accounts, has anyone had this issue? Did it ever unlock?

    They probably closed the ticket without even checking. I’ve saw a lot of people having a similar situation

    That’s lovely. Making a new account  also gets me banned, so I just can’t use Discord ever again.
