Discord Support isnt receving my message

my account has been disable for a month now for underage ive sent in age request after age request day after day but they do not get the email i submit the age request /update from discord support ticket and they dont get it and when i submit a general suppor they just send the typical automatic message saying for me to submit a age update request on support tickets can someone help it been a whole month of me trying to update my age but none of the emails are going thru

    Just send one ticket and wait, they usually take a month or two to respond (sucks I know) if you send multiple messages and open multiple tickets they will block you and mark you as spam

    yh i do that wait and then they send 3 of the same emails at once saying i need to veirfy my age automatic message and telling me the steps look at this picture
