Don't force the '-' in the channel name

I feel uncomfortable with the recent forced '-' in the channel name.

In the case of English, it has the effect of increasing readability, but in the case of servers that configure channel names with other languages or special characters, the policy of forcing "-" is very inconvenient.

We are in desperate need of an update that can use a space in the channel name.
