Toggle on/off option for the "Quests" badge

Should be able to toggle this on/off, same way as the legacy username badge

I had completed a quest before the introduction of the badge so I was given it automatically, had I of known it was a badge I'd of probably not completed it, would be nice to have an option to toggle it off
