Make Priority Speaker able to be used by people with open mics

My friend has a high pitched voice and has trouble speaking over people so it is hard for her to get a word in our large group. As it is right now she would have to start using Push to Talk to be able to use Prioity Speaker. Can you make it so she can keep open mic and just hold a button and she gets prioity speaker? (She has the permissions to use it on our server)

    You can check whether its working or not by testing  thop tv for movies & shows.
