select device for notifications

I would like to set one device at any point in time as "primary" or "active", which enables notification sounds and disabled them for all other devices that are not selected. For example: I'm sitting at the PC with discord set as "active" and get notification sounds through my audio device but not on my phone. Suddenly I have to go somewhere else, now I set my phone as active which disables sounds from my PC but makes my phone vibrate. No more annoying dings from the next room.
