Can(not) Accept Your DM

It would be nice to have an indicator whether the person you are attempting to DM has the option for you to do so enabled or not.

It has happened a lot of times already, mainly in moderation of the servers, that relatively long messages had been written to explain a situation or alike to a specific person, only to be met with the message that the person cannot receive DMs from you. It's an unnecessary waste of time and energy. As such, a preset indicator would be appreciated so we can check it before we start formulating a message.
