Notifications overrides not working

I only use mobile. I turned off notifications for the server, but used an override for one channel. I’m not getting any notifications. I tried reinstalling the app, but still nothing happens. Is this my phone, or the app? I have notifications enabled in settings. I am using iOS.

It could be that the server count is too large. Push notifications for outside the application are cancelled for a server that has a certain number of users. However, I’d love to be able to have specific channels that consist of only a few people, like moderator channels, to still be able to send push notifications that are outside of the app.
