No-Deaf-Permission / No-Deaf-Channel

Hey there,

it were nice to config roles or channels with no-deaf-permission/-function or in case of anyone is deafing himself he moves automatically to the afk-channel.

  I got the same exact issue/request. Please allow the configuration so that deaf users are able to be restricted in their channel selection/auto move them to a different channel.
