Channel Merging

I thought of this while I was looking at a server and thought "Hey, these channels would be really cool if they were merged. Too bad that we'd lose all of the messages in one if we merged them." So, TL;DR Channel Merging would consolidate all of the messages of two channels into one channel, moving all of their messages in the process. API intensive? Probably. But a fun idea to think about.
