Add animated avatars to calls

One of the main incentives I like about nitro is i get to use my animated art for my avatar, but when i'm in call and my avatar can best be seen aswell as not cost an entire server the rescource of animating my avatar, it's static. can we have animated avatars in personal calls and groups along with a setting to opt out if it costs people too much rescources?
