Add share support for Windows & MacOS

Windows and MacOS both have "share sheet" api's similar to that of mobile phones.

It would be nice to be able to use these share functions with discord to share files/memes/etc to chat channels/private messages without having to open the app.

    Seconding this! Especially on my Mac, I regularly use the Share button to put something in my todo list in Things, or to send it in Messages or Telegram. Being able to directly send to Discord would be super great! I already do it on my phone; it'd be great if I could also do it on my Mac.
