Prevent Text-To-Speech from reading spoilers

With the recent release of the new Spoilers, it looks like Text-To-Speech or TTS isn't preventing spoiler text from being read out, so it gets announced regardless. One thing that would be cool is the ability to prevent TTS from announcing spoiler text and replacing it with something like "User said hi (spoiler)"

  This definitely has to be fixed! When TTS reads spoiler messages out, the spoiler warning is pretty useless.
  But also the TTS feature should be fixed in general...

  I can't tell if this would be considered a bug or feedback, but either way this would be nice.
