Ping Active

Server Admins (or whoever is given permission) may use "@ Active", which will ping anyone who has posted in that server in the last 7 minutes (or discord could set a different time constraint, or it could be specified by the pinger by using "@ Active .")

    I could see this as being useful if it can be configured in much the same way as ``@ here``, and as a moderation function, it can be helpful in periodic server clean-ups that a prune doesn't always cover - if someone answers an ``@ active`` ping despite not often being in the server, it at least shows interest in staying despite possible lurking, which would allow for a more personalized moderation approach.

    Great idea, but I'd say active should have a different definition.
    "Participated or joined in the last month"
    This way we don't need to bother everyone with a ping
