Configure custom emoji to @ someone

My friends and I all have custom emojis of our avatars in our discord server and we like to use them in conversation when referring to each other. It'd be awesome if use of that emoji could notify them similar to using @.

    But it would have to be a two way consent thing, and if someone says no to it, it can't happen, unless both say yes, that would be a good system imo
