Ability to block 2 or more roles to interact with each other

This could be useful if you want to moderator roles, eg `Staff` and `Helpers` (both have manage roles) but don't want to allow one role to interact with the other. The way to implement this could be by using tags or something like that. If 2 or more roles have the same tag, they cant interact with any other role that has the same tag.
