Level of activity should be a factor in @-tab userlist.

It would be nice if level of activity would be a factor in the @-tab user list arrangement. At the moment it arranges the list alphabetically. Having the list just in alphabetical order increases the chance that wrong person is pinged.

For instance, trying to mention @SomeNick65 one could mistakenly direct the message to @SomeNick34 who has been idle for days, where @SomeNick65 has been active in the discussion. So in this case the list would suggest @SomeNick65 because he's been more active.
