Change the border color of a code block depending on the language

As of this post's writing, there is a visual bug on desktop that causes a code block's border color to glow orange if you click it while said code block is spoiler-tagged.  That got me thinking, "wouldn't it be cool if code blocks changed their border color depending on the language they use"?  For example, if you set the language to `fix`, the resulting border would be orange.
