Hiding NSFW posts

Similar to the spoiler tag, a user would be able to add an NSFW tag to an image which would blur the image out until the user clicks on it.

Or, the user could select an option for discord to automatically blur out any images that it detects as being NSFW.

    I also really would like to see this since even servers can already filter for it I find that users should have the option to also filter for it themselves.
