On-topic channel/bot.

Add option for a "Work-only" channel that keep users on-topic for that channel.
If no specific keywords are mentioned after a specific number of posts: 

-that user(s) who has not used any of the set keywords a
set # of times is muted from that work-only channel for a set time

or if a set # of posts are made without any "topic" keywords: 

-the chat function on that particular work-only channel is disabled for a set time

The idea is basically a to have a self-moderating channel for a specific work-related channel that we set, NOT all discord channels in general.

    You guys are right.  A channel about work, or something we love should DEFINITELY be flooded with memes & discussion of anything & everything else...

    Idk what I was thinking... carry on.
