Option to Set a Call Eggtimer

Can we have an optional setting that let's you set a timer for each specific private or group chat call? Something better than Clydebot that just times you out when you're alone.

This would he helpful for if you and your long distance girlfriend (that you met through Discord) fall asleep in the call together so that you don't waste a tonne of bandwidth, Discord bandwidth and phone battery together if you do.

It'd also be nice if it was like a clickable egg timer so that you can click it right when you're getting tired and not have to worry about bedtime.

    Agreed, it happened too often, falling asleep on private calls. Clydebot isn't working at all for me, it didn't disconnected me in months. (Would be awesome if everyone in the private chat could set it as well)
