Can't turn off

I tried putting this in the suggested features section but it kept putting me in support so here we go

I think discord should allow us to set 5 channels in our discord that should not be allowed to be turned off

For example, I have an announcement channel on my server and I would like everyone to see it all the time

    I don't know what you mean by 'turning off' a channel. I'm going to assume you mean muting them.

    With that in mind, taking away users' rights to mute a channel because it's 'important' is a god awful idea. Server owners should absolutely not have any control whatsoever over client features at any point in time. If this were to be implemented, your users would flat-out leave your server to stop notifications rather than staying and keeping it muted. Why would you want that?
