This would basically mean that if you somehow lost your main, you're able to for example type in the email you had for the main account (w/ password). It'll then email that account to ask it this was you, if you agree it will transfer all the messages,servers,etc. you were in to that new account. It's basically a data transfer from your old account to new one.

  If the 2nd account is yours, why does it matter which one has the nitro perks?

  You'd probably be better off either using a Nitro Gift on the other account, or simply ending the sub on the old account and starting it on the new one
