[MAJOR PERMISSION BUG] By hacking the client, users with normal permissions can see hidden channel names and descriptions

I learned this from a third party so I don't know the details, but basically, channels are not hidden from users on the server side, they're hidden on individual clients, meaning that if people hack the client they can see the names and descriptions of hidden channels. This is obviously a pretty big deal since the name or description of a channel alone could reveal information that server managers would not want to share.

This is a major issue that needs to be resolved asap.
