Reporting Roles/Nicknames

I have found that most ways to report people in servers are for messages they have sent, so most reports also require message links. However, sometimes I find the need to report people's nicknames or roles that servers have added. These people haven't said anything inappropriate at times, so there is no message to report, but the roles someone has added are still highly inappropriate. I believe that it would be helpful if one was able to report a role or nickname someone has in the same way that one can submit messages for reports. Thanks!
