On my discord server, there are a lot of emojis, but some of them users from PC can not see beacouse they are so small. If it possible i want to ask how to change emoji size. If it isn't possible please do emojis bigger.

  If it’s custom emojis, these have to edited outside in whatever program you use

  But in Discord there are limit of size. And also I tried it and it didn't help.

  So is the issue you’re having not being able to have the emojis bigger in appearance? Wouldn’t the resolution be simply to resize them?
