Allow bots to DM users regardless of their DM settings (off by default)

Add an option for bots to bypass the "Allow direct messages from server members." setting so we can use bot commands without getting any unsolicited DMs.

This would be either a global or per bot setting, which would indeed be off by default

    Is this possible yet, or will there ever be this option?

    The benefit is that I don't want to get spammed by scammers or people who basically go through a list on a server and DM everyone with the same thing. Yet I want certain bots to work, such as the FriendTime bot DM-ing me a time conversion, or the list of help from Avrae, etc.

    It'd be awesome to have such an ability, since Discord can already recognize bots v.s user accounts, and there are some bots that have a little check-mark showing that they are official and recognized by Discord.

    For a work around you can create a server with only you and the bots in, invite said bots (if they're inevitable), and enable dms for that specific server
