Text Mute People (Soft Block)

Some people can be really annoying sometimes! But you don't just want to go blocking people and hurting their feelings! Instead of blocking, would it be possible to add a feature that basically spoiler tags a 'muted' person's text messages? You would have to click to see each of their messages, otherwise they would be censored. They would not know that they were muted, and you would still get notifications as normal. This is similar to how Twitter does muted words, and I think it would save people a lot of grief.
