account disabled

on the 16th I had my account hacked because of a program that I downloaded, with that I was logged out of my account, I was trying to log in and nothing to go, I ran an antivirus on my computer, managed to remove the virus when I logged in to the account, it was deactivated by fraudulent charges, so I didn’t have access to it to make any kind of collection, I was wondering if there is any way to remove this deactivation since I have many friends I met through discord I don’t have any other method of contact with them, and I would not like to lose contact with them.
