New Custom appearance

I'm a person who likes to go into dnd so I don't get messages sound effects but I would still like to be able to hear people calling me. Maybe add a custom dnd feature where I can choose to say that I want no message sounds but I do want to call sounds or maybe I want to appear offline without having to hear anything. Just to give the option of what exactly you want.
