Ability to move channels that aren't in a category anywhere on the channel list

I feel like this is a pretty basic and intuitive feature, that just for some reason isn't possible. I went to move a channel out of a category and to the bottom of the list all by its self, but no. On Discord, if you don't want a channel to be in a category it has to be at the very top of the list, nowhere else. I don't want this channel to be at the top of the list so I have to create another category just for this channel, and put it at the bottom of the list. I feel like this is just an oversight by discord and not an intended feature like making voice chats go below text channels in categories. So if some tech wizard at Discord could just go it and change the code that would be very much appreciated by me, and I expect many others
