Role categorization

So I am an owner of a fivem discord server. We have multiple depts with multiple rank roles and I was think. What if we had a way of categorizing roles to where dept head could give their members specific roles for their dept and their dept only. To help take the workload off of admin a little bit. Just a thought. I think it would be a good idea.
