channel templates and synching (independent of folders)

It would be incredibly helpful for channel permissions to have the options to follow a global template instead of being synched to their parent folder. When a template is updated, it'd update all channels synced to it. You could have multiple templates per server, and opt to choose which one a channel follows from a drop-down list.

This would allow you to have channels that are similar in themes but different in permission / access in the same folder, instead of having to set the folders based on permission. It would also make setting up new channels much easier, as you could just choose from a template to use.

When making a channel inside a folder, you'd have the option to choose between a template or synching to the parent folder, and you could switch at any time. As usual, editing would give a prompt to re-sync to the assigned template or folder.
