    Did you solve the problem yet?, the problem probably is that you have to write it "correctly" what i mean with "correctly" is that if it has a mayus in her name, you have to put the mayus, if it has an emoji, you have to put the emoji, if it has a space, you have to put the space, that's probably the problem.
