Questionable Server Staff Behavior

Well...hello
Im here to ask about if some stuff is even allowed on discord
So basicly i have been banned form discord servers for Very odd reasons
for one i got banned form a Server for being autistic (which is pure Racism)
a other time cause i asked a question to someone who didnt like me...which toke it as Name and shame
and complained about it against a "(corrupted)staff" who quickly banned me without even warning me like they did with all the other users
To which on my best friends server told me that i had to choice between disabling my discord account 3 weeks with in return that friend where gonna unblock me or to stay on discord but losing my friends
and the most recent one (today) cause i was trying to someone to upkeep that same promise he made 3 weeks and a half weeks ago

Now then what i seen is it is usually a group of users who is causing problems for me but they is So highly Respected in my friend's group that i cant do anything except for watching as he takes away anything i had as Rebelling against it is Against Discord rules (they say) while he can do basically anything he wants without being punished or even warned while if i do one little thing like saying hi to them is enough to go full out

a other thing i like to talk about is how Broken reporting is...
i tried multiple times to report something only to see i need "Proof" which i neither have access to (Inaccessible channel, banned form server etc) or is deleted and if i do want to report something as in like some staff's behavior im forced to drop the whole report or else be punished for doing the right thing
Either way for anything i do i get punished for something

i truly loved discord and i have been using it for years but with events like this im Really questioning if discord is the right place for me to stay...easy to say i get like chased away form discord only cause someone doesn't like me

I really hope someone wants to help me out with this

Hello, i'd be happy to help you, their is a simple solution to the problem you have with other people, if you get people that message you and say bad stuff or do bad stuff to you, please just block them and don't unblock them unless their would be a good reason. But again, just block them and get new friends and talk to new people and find new friends.

Also please be mindful that this is the feedback site for discord to request changes or new things to discord that have something to do with Account and Server Management, also, please do not Spam or "retry" to send multiple reports to discords staff as it just is more time consuming for discord staff members to look over and over at the same reports that you sent over and over again (if you did) as said in your text.

those users though are not really joking around...if i block them or state that i dont want to talk to them
They will just continue on a different way of contacting ...spreading lies,badmouthing, and even cause problems between other users that im (or was) close with

for the report system i can suggest something else
that the user who is banned for "Reasons" is put in a ghost server with the chat as it was before he got banned for a time being which in he can collect Proof and send it over to Discord staff without the worry of others "Cleaning up" afterwards
the system as it is now though requires the user to make a ALT and use it to return to the same server he got banned on in order to collect the proof he needs to report
