Account Recovery - why so limited resources?

Honestly, nothing personal, but I don't understand how a company like this has such a limited system as account recovery. I can't believe that there is no other resource to recover.
The worst of it is that even if you HAVE THE PASSWORD, you can't access it because of a damn code. Guys, Discord is a program to communicate, it's not a cloud or anything like that in which you have to have maximum security for file storage. Even MEGA's cloud and Microsoft email have better resources than yours.
This is ridiculous. Neither recovery by SMS or email linked as the recovery has. Unbelievable.
I will not delete my account. It will stay right there. Because I will believe that you can be more creative in the future to create other ways/resources to recover a simple account from this platform which is no big deal.
Here are my total discontent and disappointment.
