Discord support not responding within 96 hours.
So basically my friend's discord account was disabled on October 29th, 4 days ago for being "under the age of 13". They said on the official message that he could appeal provided he proves his age, by giving a photo of himself with his discord username and some form of ID with his date of birth, he did so the day he was disabled, and within a few hours he received a response from Support asking for a clearer photo of the ID. he responded instantly, however, it's been 4 days since he responded to their initial response, and he still has not gotten a follow up response, his account is still disabled. He sent another ticket with a clearer photo 3 days ago in case they forgot about his first ticket, and they haven't responded to that either, at the same time some of my other friends who contacted support more recently got quick responses, and he still hasn't gotten any. Discord did not decline his appeal or accept it, they just didn't respond. he is wondering if he should send another ticket, or just wait, or if his account is staying disabled. Does discord normally take longer than 4 days to respond?

My account got disabled for the exact same reason but it was 5 days ago. Have you gotten an email back? if so what did you do to get a response back because I’m fairly worried that my account will get deleted soon. ramoid

Same here, if discord has the resources to disable my account they should have the resources to enable it!

Discord Support takes way to long to reply. I’ve been waiting for 7 days with 14 day period or else my account would be banned because of a mistake they made. Due to someone else’s card which was charged $99 then a chargeback happened on my account got it disabled. They need to resolve the issue of them not replying becuase if it takes more then 14 days to get my account un-disabled it would be deleted. Don’t make my call my lawyers. I have also made 2 tickets on diferent email telling them to look at the one I have open, but, I get a same day reply saying I need to make a request from the other account. So, in conclusion they are capable of dealing with the situations faster but don’t want too. Get it together and do your job.
