I cant change my email.

Hello, I got pop up that said the following: Somethings wrong here. We have decided something wrong, to continue using discord please verify your email. It gave me the chose of "Verify by email" and "Verify by phone" so I tapped email, I needed to change my email since I had gotten a new one. When I tryed to change my email it send me back to the pop up I provided at the top. I logged out, and then in again. It still did not let me change my email. I am now stuck on that pop up screen, and I am confused on what to do. Please fix the problem, thank you.
