How can I report a hateful message after the message has been deleted?

I'd like to report a user/hateful messages they've spammed, but before retrieving the message ID the messages were deleted by an admin. We have a screenshot of the messages and the ID of the user.

The contact form doesn't go through without a message ID and abuse@discordapp.com / abuse@discord.com are currently not supported.

Is there a way to contact someone about this?

    Hello there,

    I'm so sorry to hear that. However Once Messages Are Deleted, Discord can't recover it. They can't go off: bot logs, screenshots, quotes, Message Loggers (They are a Breach of ToS)
