Request: Video overlay

When there is a webcam/screenshare, have an option to have the video overlayed the game/still be visible when discord is minimized. It is nice to see this when doing other things, can make gaming more social by being able to see the webcam, make it easier to follow along if someone is demonstrating something. Being able to see the video share without the window open (on one monitor) has many benefits.

  I second that feature! Would love if there were a way to see people's videos in the same call with you while discord is minimized or in the background.
