managing discord users and channels from powershell or ansible

I have a fairly complex discord setup for a course I teach. I break the class up into several teams and assign them roles in the class. I would like to build a powershell script or better yet an ansible playbook to recreate the discord environment with a new set of students. I have searched for support for either of these solutions and have come up empty. Do you have any help?
