There's an issue with boosting that's existed since it's initial creation, and some of you server owners or supporters have probably noticed it but didn't realise it was a problem.
When boosting a server, there are spaces between server levels, we'll call them dead zones, this is where boosts don't actually net the server any benefits despite the boosts still being used up within the dead zone; this can, unfortunately, lead to a server being stuck at a certain level due to the users not wanting to spend their paid-for boost, or limited free boosts on filling the dead zone, and would rather wait until the server drops below the current level to push it back up again.
In order to incentivise boosting into the dead zone, I propose freezing boosts that lie between the levels; any boost in the dead zone will not run out and will remain there in purpituity until it's either used automatically to replace a boost that had run out, keeping the server at its current level, or until the server reaches the next level, at which point all of the boosts will then activate at once.
Using this method of boosting, users wouldn't feel that their boosts are going to waste, as even if the boost doesn't reach the next level, it will at least be used to keep the current level automatically.
