Desktop Icon Feature
If you're in a server with an animated icon it should still be animated while browsing the server and not just during the mouse hover-over

I like the idea, but would definitely need to be an optional toggle. It's probably not setup like that because of how distracting it would/could be. If you have even 1 animated server icon constantly doing things it would catch your eye constantly.
