My account keeps saying "Something's going on here"

My account says "Something's Going on Here." So I typed in the numbers to verify my phone number then it does nothing. I do it again it either says you are being rate limited or Your phone number was recently used. I tried to wait 12 hours and nothing happened. I also have tried to delete discord and reinstall it and tried it on Phone, Chrome, and the app for windows. I sent 2 inquiries about this and have gotten no responses.

    No, I'm pretty sure I did not. If I did, why is there no option that lets me know WHAT account I SUPPOSEDLY used this number on? I ONLY USE THIS ONE ACCOUNT! This does NOT make sense. There is no other account that this number can be attached to! Why is there NO EMAIL VERIFICATION OPTION!? You can log into an account with your email address, but NOT with your phone number, so WHY IN THE WORLD would there NOT be an EMAIL VERIFICATION OPTION!?

    PLEASE HELP MEEEE it happend the same to me, but i didn't put verify by phone number because i rn dont have my phone, does anyone know how i can solve it? by not doing by a phone? i also get the messages like i can see how many messages i have and i can hear the sound of the notfications but when i go there have that image that says "something is going on here" PLESE HELP

    i just had the same problem today, im only allowed to verify my phone number but i dont to verify it by phone number for personal reason

    Literally happened to me. Discord is ruining my experience because I cannot recover my account at all. Nothing I can do. I went to the account that had the phone number on it and removed it and it still says its in use. I am now locked out my main discord account and the alt. Discord support is of no help and does not have any way to fix this either.

    Ye discord is absolutely terrible. Why am I not allowed to get my account even though it's my phone number and no account is using the phone number. This is literally just false deleting an account because I can never get it back.
