Please allow us to adjust notification volume, and create a "grace period" for notifications

As it stands, Windows volume mixer does have two sliders for voice/notifs, but it will automatically set them both to the highest set volume every day. The ability to lower notification volume clearly exists, but without native support, it's extremely frustrating to change it again every day. 

Slightly different, but still on the topic of notifications, please add a "grace period" for notifications from the same person. Given that Discord already groups closely-sent messages into "groups," there's already a system to base this on. If someone sends me multiple rapid-fire DM's, I only need to hear one per group.

Please add a simple slider for volume, and a setting to reduce notifs to one per "group." Thank you.
