When joining a server, you're already muted

So I was trying the thing where you react a message to have access to all channels. I was testing with my 2nd account to see if it works. It did although the account was already muted and I have to manually remove it. I don't know why though but this info I gathered might help. Before testing, my account was already in the server. To test if the reaction role was a success, I kick my second account. My hypothesis could be when I kicked the account. Maybe it could take for a few minutes for the mute role to disappear cause I tried leaving the server instead of kicking out but it is still the same. I don't know if this is the cause of the MEE6 bot or the YAGBDB bot. I don't know either if this is a bug, a glitch, or a feature. I'm new to managing a server btw so I don't know advanced info about managing a server.
