Can't massage massage anyone :|
I tried to dm someone that is not on my friend list and I couldn't send them anything, and I was getting an error… "Your message could not be delivered because you don't share a server with the recipient or you disabled direct messages on your shared server, the recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends, or you were blocked by the recipient.". But my friend could send them any messages and I couldn't :|
Any way to fix this?

The message says why you can't message them... Your friend might be friends with them, your friend may be in a server with them that you aren't in, or you were blocked by them.
