Suggestion for Remodeling of Windows Desktop Notifications

As many people know, the constant spam of Discord Notifications on Windows is impossible to navigate and oftentimes very glitchy. What I am suggesting is a separate or side window to manage discord notifications, where it displays the notifications in Real-time no matter the spam level, not like the current hours-long spam of discord notification in the normal bottom-right window. If it was similar to a Tweetdeck-like stream of notifications, that would be very ideal for many people including myself that need to see discord notifications in real time. Thanks
